YKK Three Phase High Voltage Ac Motor For Draught Fan

YKK series medium-sized high-voltage asynchronous motors are new products developed by our company. They have reasonable structure and advanced technology. They have the advantages of energy saving, low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. The power level, installation size and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with the national standard GB755-2008 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electric Machines", the machinery industry standard JB/T10315.2 and related IEC standards. The basic installation method of the motor is horizontal with feet (IMB3), and the working system is continuous working system (S1).

Structure description:
The motor adopts box-type structure, and the frame is welded with steel plate, which is light in weight and strong in rigidity. The closed air-to-air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, which is convenient for maintenance and repair of the motor. There are two types of bearings, one is a ball bearing and the other is a cylindrical roller bearing, which depends on the power and speed of the motor. The basic protection level is IP44, and the motor with IP54 level can also be provided according to order requirements.
